Job description

We have a rare opening available in both our Ice Cream and Kitchen department in our Distribution Center and Manufacturing Plant located in Saratoga Springs, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with Stewart's. No experience needed.Ice Cream Department Duties: Mix batches of ice cream

Learn to operate various machines and adjust machinery as needed. Disassemble, clean and re-assemble equipment. Conduct product checks as per quality assurance, food safety and allergen programs.

Will be required to Flex to Kitchen departments during off season.Kitchen Department Duties: Assemble food items at various stations throughout the production line. Follow recipes and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) which includes assembling our products Operate food processing equipment including mixers, fillers, sealers, labelers and kettles. Prep and package food products in a safe and sanitary manner in accordance with food safetyRequirements: Dependable with a team player attitude

Ability to accomplish set goals and meet deadlines. Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being safety conscious.

Ability to be on your feet and do repetitive lifting (50+ pounds) for several consecutive hours. Basic math and mechanical skills.Schedule: Full time position available. Shift times available are 5am-1:30pm & 1pm-9:30pm

Shift times can vary with seasonality. Schedule includes some weekends and holidays. Total pay including differentials is $19.50-$21/hour.We Offer: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), an employer paid retirement fund
