OverviewResponsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. Maintain the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment. Specific systems may include: electronic/pneumatic environmental controls, fan powered boxes and auxiliary equipment (various pumps, heat exchangers, air compressors, etc.) ,chiller operations, BAS controls, pump operations, water treatment program, air handler units, VAV's, walk-in coolers and freezers, refrigerators, ice machines and boiler operations.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. Maintain the safe operation of highly complex systems and equipment.   • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • Graduate of Vocational School Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5 years of experience as an HVAC Tech Required
  • 2 years For systems that include BAS controls, experience must include of commercial/healthcare HVAC/HVAC BAS experience or graduation from a BAS program Required
Licenses and Certifications
  • Conditioned Air Georgia State license (Non-Restricted, or Restricted) Required
  • EPA-Universal Certification Required
