Your primary responsibility will be helping customers maximize equipment reliability through preventative maintenance, inspections, sanitation, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.You'll manage your daily service schedule independently while representing PRO BEV® with professionalism and delivering outstanding customer service. Every day offers the opportunity to solve equipment issues, improve machine performance, and build lasting relationships with local businesses that rely on their equipment every day.What You'll DoPerform preventative maintenance on commercial ice machines to improve performance, extend equipment life, and reduce unexpected downtime. Clean and sanitize equipment according to manufacturer recommendations while inspecting critical components for wear, damage, or potential failures.Diagnose basic operational and mechanical concerns, complete minor repairs when appropriate, and identify additional service needs before they become larger problems. Communicate findings and maintenance recommendations clearly with customers while documenting completed work using mobile service software.Maintain an organized service vehicle, manage daily service routes efficiently, follow company safety and sanitation procedures, and consistently provide professional, dependable service that reflects the PRO BEV® commitment to quality.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working independently and solving technical problems.
