Job description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and delivering a wide range of IT-related projects, including new branch builds, core and digital banking software implementations, AI initiatives, and infrastructure upgrades. This position is a hands-on role that will require managing project tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and performing project implementation activities. The IT Project Manager operates within the regulatory framework established by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Reserve, and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). This role is responsible for ensuring that technology initiatives include appropriate project management tasks, documentation, controls, and status reporting aligned with supervisory expectations for governance, risk management, and operational resilience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience.
