Job Summary:
Vise is an artificial intelligence powered asset management platform designed specifically for financial advisors. They are seeking a Technology Operations Lead to provide technical support, manage cybersecurity efforts, and coordinate technology projects, all while embracing emerging technology and AI tools.
Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, peripherals, and office technology systems
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and software licensing
• Assist in monitoring systems for potential security threats or vulnerabilities
• Support compliance efforts and help enforce security policies and best practices
• Participate in security awareness initiatives across the organization
• Support office builds, moves, or expansions from a technology perspective
• Manage hardware inventory and asset lifecycle
