Job Title: Assistant Logistics Manager (English/Korean Bilingual)

Weverse America Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Logistics Manager to oversee logistics operations across B2B and B2C supply chain functions, ensuring efficient fulfillment, inventory accuracy, vendor performance, and continuous process improvement.
This role will directly report to the Sr. Director of Global Logistics.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations across domestic and international B2B and B2C channels
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes from order receipt through final delivery, ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee domestic and global 3PL operations, including daily workflow, inventory accuracy, service levels, and KPI performance
  • Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouse partners, and logistics vendors to drive operational excellence
  • Monitor shipment performance, identify risks or delays, and implement solutions to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure accuracy of shipment records, inventory transactions, and logistics system data
  • Oversee shipping documentation, claims, returns, and issue resolution processes in partnership with Customer Service and cross-functional teams
  • Support international logistics operations, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and process optimization
  • Review and audit freight invoices, resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze logistics workflows, operational metrics, and performance trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and lead time optimization
  • Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, product launches, and operational projects
Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual in English amp; Korean
  • 5+ years of experience in international and/or domestic logistics operations, warehouse operations, or supply chain management
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Experience managing 3PL operations, logistics vendors, and fulfillment processes
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping operations, and supply chain workflows
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partners
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to travel as needed
