  • Evaluate and recommend benefit plan changes to improve employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness
  • Manage relationships with benefit brokers, vendors, and third-party administrators
  • Oversee payroll alignment and partner with Finance/HR Ops to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Manage office perks, wellness offerings, and other employee engagement programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across compensation, benefits, and payroll
  • Deliver reports on total rewards metrics
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring data accuracy and policy alignment
  • Perform additional total rewards responsibilities as needed to support the HR function

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
  • Deep understanding of federal and state labor laws and compliance
  • Experience managing Open Enrollment and benefits administration
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking methodologies; experience partnering with providers such as WTW
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Finance/Payroll to ensure accurate and compliant pay processing
  • Experience processing or partnering on multi-state payroll
  • Experience managing vendors, brokers, and third-party administrators
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS, Excel, and compensation tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional verbal/written communication skills
  • Knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and related processes
  • Passion for music and enthusiasm for contributing to a creative, global business
