Kuhn's Heating & Air is looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department while remaining actively involved in the field. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage people, support technicians, train team members, and help drive department success through strong technical ability and leadership.
We are seeking someone who leads by example, works well with both customers and employees, and is committed to high-quality service, accountability, and team development.
Pay:
$40- $52 Hr
Hourly pay
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and support the HVAC service team
  • Work in the field alongside technicians as needed
  • Train, coach, and develop service technicians and apprentices
  • Help diagnose and resolve technical service issues
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, customer service, and professionalism
  • Monitor team performance and help improve efficiency and productivity
  • Support scheduling, communication, and day-to-day service operations
  • Ensure jobs are completed safely, correctly, and in a timely manner
  • Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, growth, and service excellence

Qualifications:
  • Strong HVAC service experience
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
