Role Summary

We are seeking a People Operations & Talent Manager to own day-to-day People Operations and recruiting for a growing U.S. workforce across office, warehouse, and field teams. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who can operate independently, improve processes, and deliver results.

Recruiting may represent 30–50% of the role seasonally, depending on hiring needs. You will work directly with the Head of People in a lean, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations

â—Ź Own onboarding, I-9/E-Verify, background checks, and new hire setup

â—Ź Maintain accurate employee data in TriNet and ensure compliance

â—Ź Support employees with HR systems, benefits, and policies

â—Ź Partner with Payroll / TriNet to resolve employee issues

â—Ź Maintain records, reporting, audits, and process improvements

â—Ź Support H-2A administration and multi-state workforce needs

â—Ź Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, documentation, and workflows

Recruiting

â—Ź Own full-cycle recruiting for seasonal field, warehouse, and office roles

â—Ź Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans and role requirements

â—Ź Source, screen, schedule, and close candidates

â—Ź Manage offers, ATS workflows, recruiting metrics, and agencies as needed

Qualifications

Required

â—Ź 5+ years in People Ops, HR, Recruiting, or blended roles

â—Ź Proven success owning full-cycle recruiting and HR processes

â—Ź Experience with HRIS/PEO systems (TriNet preferred) and ATS tools

â—Ź Strong attention to detail, urgency, and judgment

â—Ź Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

â—Ź Multi-state workforce experience

â—Ź Field, agricultural, warehouse, or seasonal workforce experience

â—Ź Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for drafting, reporting, and workflow support
