Join the Human Resources team as a vital member of the HR & Benefits team. This position will have high visibility with coordinating corporatewide events and serving as the face for wellness programs, while also having the strong administrative responsibilities.
Administration Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for employee benefits and HR questions
  • Maintain accurate data entry and records within HRIS system and spreadsheets
  • Process vendor billing (benefits and other services)
  • Support personnel document filing
  • Manage HR inbox and route inquiries as needed
  • Send company-wide HR communications
  • Assist with employee badges and access
  • Manage safety shoe reimbursements
  • Ensure timely follow-up on requests and documentation

  • Plan and run wellness challenges throughout the year
