Job description


Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Surgical Supply Coordinator, you will help the Surgery department and hospital customers efficiently manage their supplies and equipment so they can deliver uninterrupted patient care and surgical services.

Every day you will process orders, negotiate with vendors, and manage inventory. You will be expected to utilize systems like ESI/Lawson, ensure compliance with contracts, streamline ordering processes, and actively participate in product analysis and surgical services councils.

To be successful in this role you must have strong organizational and negotiation skills, be proficient in inventory management and purchasing systems, and possess the ability to research and analyze capital and specialty items.

  • 1 year Hospital Operating Room purchasing experience
