  • Responsible for recruitment responsibilities, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience
  • Oversee databases, software, and human resources computer systems 
  • Analyzing HRIS systems, monitor performance, and resolve issues with or HR reporting 
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues
  • Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in employee/labor relations cases, harassment, or EEOC issues
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Consults with management regarding interpretation and administration of human resource policies, programs, procedures and compliance with applicable state/federal statutes and regulations
  • Performs Generalist duties of employee selection, placement, training, development, compensation, benefits, employee & labor relations, health and safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a customer service position is required; previous experience working in Human resources is desired.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook); iCIMS and UltiPro experience a plus.
  • Previous Canva experience; Adobe software knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Acrobat) also a plus.
  • Previous work experience in employee and/or labor relations desired
  • Experience designing and delivering training curriculum desired
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
  • Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
  • Must approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential, and helpful manner.
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces
