About the Role
WisdomTree is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the HR team during Summer 2026, with the opportunity to continue part-time through December 2026. This role offers broad exposure to HR operations within a fast-paced, global financial services firm.
The intern will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day processes across the employee lifecycle while also contributing to ongoing projects and system enhancements. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR, including recruiting, benefits, employee experience, and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee inquiries
  • Assist with recruiting coordination, including scheduling interviews and candidate communication
  • Help maintain and update employee data across HR systems
  • Support benefits-related processes and employee communications
  • Assist with organizing and tracking HR documentation and workflows
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, including system enhancements
  • Support reporting, data tracking, and ad hoc analysis
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives across the HR team
