As our Human Resources Manager, you'll serve as the primary HR leader for the organization, working closely with company leadership and employees at every level. You'll have the opportunity to enhance existing programs, develop new initiatives, and build processes that support both our people and our continued growth.
If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and creating practical HR solutions, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Lead all day-to-day Human Resources functions, including payroll, benefits administration, personnel records, and HRIS management.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with leadership to develop employee engagement, retention, training, and performance initiatives.
  • Administer leave programs, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and other employment-related programs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experiences as the company continues to grow.

  • Paid Time Off available upon hire
  • Eight paid holidays
  • Education Assistance Program
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Make a visible impact in a growing manufacturing company.
  • Partner directly with company leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Enjoy the autonomy to improve processes and strengthen the employee experience.
  • Join a collaborative team that values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
