Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the Human Resources Director is to manage the full employee life cycle for the facility in accordance with current applicable, federal state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Essential Duties:
  • Recruit staff members; conduct background checks; maintain all files; and manage and resolves complex employee relations issues for your facility.
  • Act as a strategic partner between various departments, employees and administrator to influence company culture through new hire orientation, employee engagement, and more.
  • Advise department managers on proper guidelines, procedures, company policies, in accordance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
