WyoTech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our employees and campus community. You will assist with administrative functions, recruitment support, onboarding processes, and HR initiatives that help create a positive and efficient workplace environment. We're looking for an organized, proactive, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to learn and grow within the HR field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • File, scan, and maintain confidential HR documents in both electronic and physical formats
  • Update and organize personnel filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Upload candidate resumes and maintain applicant records in Paylocity
  • Assist with creating informational flyers and internal communications for HR initiatives and programs
  • Review and update HR forms and documents as directed
  • Support departmental projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with data entry and the generation of HR reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
