Human Resource Volunteers are individuals who offer their time and expertise to assist organizations with HR-related tasks without monetary compensation. Their responsibilities often include helping with recruitment, onboarding, training, maintaining employee records, and supporting workplace policies. By volunteering in HR, they gain practical experience, contribute to the organization's goals, and often help foster a positive work environment. This role is particularly valuable for those looking to start a career in human resources or give back to their community.

What are the typical responsibilities of a human resource volunteer?

As a Human Resource Volunteer, you may assist with tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining personnel records, and helping to organize staff events or training sessions. You'll often collaborate closely with HR managers and other team members, gaining exposure to a variety of HR functions.
