Human Resource Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join our Team. The Grid4 Human Resource Coordinator (HRC) must understand BambooHR or otherwise demonstrate an ability to quickly learn and command this platform. The new Grid4 HRC will initially focus on Talent Acquisition. In addition, Career Training & Development, Employee Life-Cycle Management and Administrative Duties are the focus areas for this role. Our goal is to hire, QuickStart, train, develop and reward a happy, high-performance team. Grid4 Human Resource practices and objectives provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment in the form of responsible ownership mentality, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Human Resource Coordinator is responsible for the development and evolution of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise and act as a strategic resource in all areas of human resources
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership
  • Create and educate employees in new handbooks and policies
  • Support recruitment efforts, including screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination
  • Support employee relations and company-wide committee facilitation
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including benefits enrollment and orientation
  • Assist in developing performance management processesand employee development initiatives
  • Implement and become the champion of the company's culture, values, and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Revise, develop, and implement our career development and training plans for employees
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally on incentive programs which support company initiatives and goals
  • Coordinate and champion events focused on employee recognition and team enrichment
  • Maintain and file all necessary regulatory compliance documents
Qualifications, skills, and knowledge:
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience or related field
  • Act consistently with the company's core values and mission
  • Comfort around higher management, can easily communicate with senior leadership and can present themselves as a confident and competent HR resource
  • Demonstrate HR knowledge and is open to feedback and development
  • Displaying a positive attitude and passion for serving our employees
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; can effectively cope with change, shift gears easily, and adapt according to business or client needs
  • Approachable and able to successfully build relationships and develop rapport and trust with a variety of people
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
