In this energetic role, you will coordinate essential HR functions, support talent management initiatives, and ensure seamless HR operations across the organization. Duties

  • Facilitate talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Taleo, iCIMS, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support onboarding activities by conducting employee orientation sessions and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Assist with employee evaluation procedures, performance management programs, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
  • Administer benefits programs and handle payroll processing tasks with precision using HRIS systems and Excel data analysis.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conflict management, and fostering positive communication across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and HR legal standards through diligent regulatory compliance management.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts such as organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and workforce management strategies.

Skills

  • Proven experience in human capital management, human resources management, and personnel administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in HR systems including Paycor, UltiPro, Taleo, iCIMS, SAP SuccessFactors, and related ATS platforms; advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel for data collection and analysis.
  • Skilled in project management techniques to coordinate multiple HR initiatives effectively.
  • Ability to manage change within organizations through change management strategies and organization design expertise.
  • Demonstrated capability in recruiting, employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
