Minimum of two years of HR Reporting experience Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with business leaders Strong analytical and reasoning skills, influencing skills, independent worker. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel to include but not be limited to: Every Function on the Home Tab: a. Simple Navigation: Tabs, Ribbon, Save, Protect, Email, Copy, Paste (all, Formats, Values), Find, Replace b. Simple Statistical and Math Formulas: Sum, Average, Min, Max, Median, Count c. Simple Formatting: i. Page: Insert, Delete, Hide, Unhide (Columns, Rows and Tabs); Freeze Pane ii. Cells : Number, Fill, Border, Font d. Filter, Sorting e. Simple Pivots to get Sum, Average or Count f. Simple Graphs Most function on the Insert, Data, and View Tabs a. Basic Lookup, Logical, and Text Formulas VLOOKUP, If (then, Count), Text to Columns, Concatenate, Exact b. Ability to Problem solve to get expected results (using resources such as Excel Help and Google) c. Moderately Complex Pivots including multiple fields i. Show Value As ii. Slicer iii.
