As a Thought Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conductingtheresearchtorecognizethetrends

  • WorktheManager,ThoughtLeadershipandacrosstheorganizationtoconductresearchtoidentifyindustry trends as they are developing. The goal is for Baker Hughes to be ahead of the curve,establishingthe company as the leader within the context of The Energy Equationand in a new competitive space.

  • Developing and executing external communications strategies

  • Using the research to develop a compelling, differentiatedposition andnarrative for Baker Hughes across select industries. The goals are to shape a thought leadership platform for Baker Hughes executives, build a consistent narrative for the company inchosenmarkets, andcreate a reputation for Baker Hughes as the "go-to" company for insight, direction, andforward thinking.

  • Assistingwith developing and managingdifferentiatedcontentstrategies that elevate brand reputation, executive visibility, and thought leadership.

  • Collaborating with PR, Marketing, andother functionsto develop integrated campaigns, media moments, and reputation management initiatives.

  • Supporting key external announcements, including corporate milestones, strategic partnerships, and major product releases.

To be successful in this role you will:
