Job description

Our client is seeking a Systems & Technology Administrator to support and optimize the firm's business technology ecosystem. This hybrid role combines business systems administration, IT coordination, and end-user support to ensure the organization's core technology platforms operate efficiently and securely.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience administering HubSpot, coordinating with managed service providers, supporting desktop and business applications, and working within a financial services or wealth management environment. This individual will serve as the primary administrator for key business systems while acting as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external technology vendors.

<>Business Systems Administration
  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, including user management, workflows, reporting, automation, integrations, and ongoing system optimization.
  • Manage and support additional business applications, including CRM, portfolio management, and operational platforms.
  • Configure, maintain, and improve business system processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and workflows that support business objectives.
  • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
<>Technology & Vendor Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the organization's Managed Services Provider (MSP)
