Job description

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with EPAC, PIV, CAC, HSPD-12, or other federal credentialing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Ability to pass background checks and obtain required site credentials.

Duties:
  • Provides onsite EPAC card registration and credentialing support at federal facilities in Key West, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Fort Pierce.
  • Verifies applicant identity and supporting documentation in accordance with HSPD-12 and federal security requirements.
  • Captures photographs, biometric information, and enrollment data and enters applicant information into credentialing systems.
  • Issues and updates federal access cards and maintains accurate registration records and audit logs.
  • Troubleshoots enrollment issues and coordinates with site security personnel as needed.
  • Handles personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with federal privacy and security standards.
  • Delivers professional customer service to federal employees, contractors, and authorized personnel.
