Job description

We are looking for an organized and driven Human Resources Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for healthcare-related roles in Vienna, Virginia. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing candidate engagement, coordination, and recruiting operations in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help move applicants through the hiring process while maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting needs, and partnering with internal stakeholders to secure talent with relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume healthcare openings, from candidate sourcing through offer coordination.
• Review applicant pipelines, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Support onboarding preparation by assisting with registration steps, credential-related documentation, and pre-employment follow-up.
• Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system and help generate recruiting reports as needed.
• Post, revise, and monitor job advertisements across company and external career platforms to improve candidate flow.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines to provide ongoing coverage for current and future staffing needs.
• Track weekly recruiting activity and contribute to meeting established performance targets and hiring metrics.
