Summary
AOI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process by managing interview scheduling, communication, and candidate experience. Working closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers, this position is responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, and maintaining a structured recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple schedules while providing a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Job Duties
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews (in-person, virtual, panel) between candidates, recruiters, agencies, and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and track candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate records of interview stages and hiring progress
  • Post and maintain job postings in ATS and various job boards
  • Prepare interview materials, confirmations, and follow-up communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • 1+ years' experience in HR and Recruiting or similar role
  • Experience in scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and managing recruitment workflows
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus
  • Familiarity with HR processes and administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple interview schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin Chinese preferred

This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
