Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR/Recruiting Coordinator to provide critical administrative support to our talent acquisition team. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing data and systems, and enjoys keeping recruitment operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Hourly Rate: $28.50 - $33.65

Requirements
Requirements for this position are as follows:
Responsibilities
  • Maintain applicant data in recruiting database of the HRIS system
  • Source candidates using various resources
  • Post jobs ads on the company's website, social media sites, and relevant job boards
  • Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Evaluate and screen candidate resumes and job applications
  • Join social media groups and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
  • Use Boolean search techniques to source candidates
  • Act as a point of contact during the screening process
  • Prepare offer letters for recruiters to be sent to selected candidates
  • Understand the Wallace Design Collective hiring process
  • Conduct background and reference checks
  • Demonstrate continued and progressive knowledge of recruiting support tasks
  • Work with Director of HR, recruiting team, and company leaders to improve the efficiency of the firm's talent sourcing processes
