Job description

HR / Recruiting Assistant
Location: Belcamp, MD
Compensation: 40-50k/annual DOE

Summary
T2S Solutions currently has an opening for an HR/Recruiting Assistant to join our HR team operating out of Belcamp, MD. This role will support the overall HR organization and have a focus on supporting talent acquisition and recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full life cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening coordination, and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams
  • Support recruitment efforts, including hiring events, job fairs, and various other outreach initiatives
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting and HR operations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and government contract obligations
  • Communicate effectively with employees and leadership through clear written and verbal communication
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Support special HR projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related capacity
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
