Job description

Private Duty Homecare company is currently seeking the right candidate to fill an open staffing Coordinator/Office Assistant position. This person will work with the owner to hire employees to provide services to the elderly. We provide these services to patients in Broward County. The ideal candidate will be able to wear many hats including HR/Onboarding, Staffing, Data Entry, Customer Service and On Call. Office Hours will be Monday Thru Friday with On call from Home on Weekends,(Additional Compensation provided)

The ideal candidate will be a candidate who is self driven, Comfortable with office tasks such as phone skills, faxing, Scheduling. Must have the ability to problem solve and ability to perform in high stress environments at times. Friendly attitude and wanting to work in a growing company. Bi lingual a plus but not required.
