Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning and Development Readiness Specialist in Redmond, WA.
Summary:
The team is seeking a Part-Time L&D Readiness Specialist to help ensure process updates, governance documentation, playbooks, FAQs, training materials, and tool enhancements are effectively developed, maintained, and deployed to stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with the RMR team to document, maintain, and publish updates to governance frameworks, processes, standards, and operational procedures
* Develop and update end user training materials that support process and tool changes, including enhancements to Dynamics 365 and associated business workflows
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Land Development, HR, Construction, and other business functions to validate process accuracy and ensure documentation remains current
* Create engaging learning and readiness assets, presentations, job aids, user guides, and reference documentation utilizing PowerPoint and Word
* Assess and inventory existing SharePoint-based content libraries, identify reusable assets, and recommend a prioritized approach for updating and consolidating training and process documentation
* Design and deliver communications artifacts, newsletters, release notes, and awareness campaigns to promote adoption of process and tool changes
* Support change management and organizational readiness activities to ensure stakeholders understand and successfully adopt new processes and technologies
* Establish and maintain documentation standards to improve consistency, quality, and accessibility of learning and operational content
REQUIREMENTS:
* Mid-level experience in Learning and Development, Training, Change Management, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, or a related discipline, with a demonstrated ability to create clear, user-focused documentation and training content
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, including the development of training materials, process documentation, job aids, playbooks, and end-user guides
* Experience leveraging SharePoint for content management, document publishing, knowledge repositories, and collaboration
* Strong ability to translate complex business processes, governance requirements, and system changes into easy-to-understand learning and communication materials
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple business functions
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to quickly learn new processes, tools, and business domains
* Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience developing change communications, newsletters, readiness materials, or adoption campaigns is preferred
* A background in training, learning enablement, instructional design, or organizational readiness is strongly preferred over a traditional process engineering background
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
