Position Overview:
The Senior Professional - AI Engagement & Adoption is responsible for advancing enterprise AI adoption through workforce engagement, enablement, and capability building. This role focuses on translating AI capabilities into practical, scalable usage across the division by designing engagement programs, supporting learning initiatives, and driving adoption behaviors.
The position plays a key role in embedding AI into day-to-day workflows by fostering a culture of innovation, enabling employees, and ensuring measurable business value from AI investments.
Our Impact:
We are helping shape how AI is adopted across the enterprise by turning emerging capabilities into practical solutions that improve how work gets done. Our team drives awareness, builds confidence, and enables employees to use AI responsibly and effectively in their daily work. Through engagement programs, learning experiences, community building, and cross-functional collaboration, we help accelerate adoption, scale successful practices, and deliver measurable business value from AI investments.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will help drive enterprise AI adoption by designing and executing programs that increase awareness, engagement, and practical usage of AI tools and workflows. You will support initiatives such as promptathons, hackathons, demo days, innovation challenges, and learning programs that encourage experimentation and scalable adoption.

Measurement and analytics efforts define and track AI adoption metrics, develop dashboards for visibility, and quantify business value through efficiency gains and time savings.
Marketing and communication efforts promote the team's success in AI adoption by partnering with Marketing and Communications to share success stories and case studies. The focus is on highlighting productivity gains and identifying individuals and teams demonstrating effective AI usage, while promoting "AI for good" examples to reinforce positive adoption behaviors.
Qualifications:
