We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager who can lead the dining room, develop the team, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, enjoys being on the floor with the team, and understands that great restaurants are built on great service.

Position Summary

The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, including service execution, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.

This role works closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership to ensure smooth service, strong communication, and a consistent guest experience.


Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development

• Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Coach team members during service to maintain strong hospitality standards
• Assist with training and development of FOH staff

Guest Experience
