Expected Work Hours:

  • This position can be either part-time or full-time
  • The restaurant's working schedule is Monday to Sunday
  • Full-time employees are anyone who works more than 30 hours per week on average for one year; however, Team Leaders are expected, though not guaranteed, to work between 40 and 45 hours per week on average

Responsibilities

  • Maintain top-notch fast-food quality standards
  • Master the art of fast-food restaurant operation with finesse
  • Infuse an atmosphere of friendliness and exceptional fast-food customer service
  • Own the excitement of opening and closing the fast-food restaurant, including fast-food cash handling
  • Collaborate on key fast-food personnel decisions with the management team

Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Two years in the restaurant industry OR one year of management in the restaurant/similar industry 
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
