Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us establish and maintain our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, a passion for hospitality, and a drive for success. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory control, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
