Position: House Manager

The Flower House is seeking dependable and organized House Managers to support our women veteran transitional housing program.

Position Overview

This position combines direct housing support with administrative and operational responsibilities to help maintain a structured, supportive, and accountable environment for veterans in transition

Responsibilities Include
  • Monitoring thehome and maintaining a safe, respectful environment
  • Maintaining resident folders, files, and required documentation
  • Completing shift notes, incident reports, and daily logs
  • Data entry and updating housing/program information
  • Assisting with housingrelated tasks and resident accountability
  • Supporting program structure, cleanliness, and daily operations
  • Communicating effectively with leadership, case management, and support staff
  • Ensuring policies, curfews, and house expectations are followed
  • Ideal Candidates Are:
  • Reliable,professional,and detailoriented
  • Comfortable with administrative duties and documentation
  • Able to maintain boundaries while providing support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experienced in housing, behavioral health, veterans services, administration, or community support preferred
  • Schedule and Pay:

    Shifts: Evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays maybe required.

    Pay: Based on Experience and Qualifications

    Hours: Approximately 20-30 hours weekly
