Travel RN Med Surg

City/State: Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Shift: 19:00-07:00, Nights

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Start Date: 06/01/2026

Job Description:

2 years experience in a hospital setting required. Must have an active license at submission. BLS required.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient care with a ratio of 1:6, occasional 1:7 with surge
  • Perform procedures such as CBI, wound care, drain management, foley insertion, central line dressing changes, telemetry monitoring, and EKGs PRN
  • Participate in bedside shift report, hourly safety rounding, and personal connections
  • Follow scheduling requirements of 3-12 hour shifts, every other weekend, and rotating holidays
  • Float to the same level of care when needed

Requirements:

  • Current RN license
  • BLS certification
  • IV certification
  • Experience in Med-Surg
