Installation Technician Build and Install High-Purity Water SystemsJob Overview

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a lead technician responsible for building and installing sophisticated high-purity water systems across various customer sites. This role leverages your plumbing expertise to deliver critical infrastructure while providing specialized industry training to advance your technical career. You will be a key player in expanding our regional footprint through high-quality craftsmanship and reliable system startups.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Construct and install comprehensive high-purity water systems using copper, PVC, polypropylene, and PVDF piping.

  • Execute precise plastic welding and distribution piping installations to ensure leak-free, long-term system integrity.

  • Lead system startups and sanitization processes to meet strict purity standards before handing over to the client.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues during the installation phase to maintain project schedules.

  • Collaborate with the service team to perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades as required.

  • Maintain professional client relations while providing 24/7 on-call support following the completion of your training.

  • Document all installation phases with accurate and complete paperwork to ensure regulatory and company compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong mechanical background with a proven aptitude for technical troubleshooting.

  • Extensive plumbing experience with various piping materials and installation techniques.

  • Valid drivers license with a driving record in good standing.

  • Physical ability to lift 80 pounds, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks including bending, squatting, and walking with heavy equipment.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective coordination with customers and internal teams.

  • Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends, and holidays to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior experience with RODI (Reverse Osmosis Deionized) systems.

  • Supplemental experience in electrical or general construction fields.

  • Proficiency in specialized plastic welding techniques.
