Position Title: Remote Payroll Specialist (Part-Time Temp)
This role presents an opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to payroll operations in a remote setting. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time while managing employee timesheets and maintaining payroll records. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, ensuring compliance and addressing payroll-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the challenges of meeting tight deadlines. This temporary role may lead to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Living in Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, or Wyoming is a requirement for conversion to a permanent role.
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 / Hour DOE
Payroll Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Review and manage employee timesheets
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with payroll-related questions from employees
  • Support payroll compliance and reporting requirements
  • Work closely with HR and accounting teams as needed
