We are a fast-paced, high-volume law firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our legal team. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and staff
Maintain and organize case files (physical and electronic)
Assist with subrogation tasks and follow-up as needed
Contact medical providers and other vendors to request records and verify balances on client cases
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence and internal documents
Assist with scheduling, time entry, scanning, filing, and general clerical duties
Manage internal communications while maintaining strict confidentiality
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative experience (legal or professional services preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment
Professional communication skills with staff, clients, and outside vendors
Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
