Remote Sophisticated Senior Corporate Tax Attorney Position at Top Law Firm; No Portable Business Required


A highly-regarded regional law firm seeks to hire a sophisticated tax attorney who has Corporate Tax (including S corporations under subchapter S), M&A Tax (deal tax), and Partnership Tax (subchapter K) experience, as well as experience drafting LP and LLC agreements.


The hired candidate can work remotely in any location in the USA or they can work in one of the firm’s offices located in the Southeastern United States.


NO PORTABLE BUSINES IS REQUIRED


The hired tax attorney MUST HAVE 15+ years of sophisticated tax law experience, with the majority of that experience obtained while working for a good law firm.


The ideal candidate will also have experience advising on tax deferred equity roll over transactions.


Salary range is $300k-$500k.
