Duration: 6+ Months
Description of Services:Pursuant to and in conformance with any standards, guidelines and/or specifications which may be provided by client to Supplier from time to time, Supplier shall deliver to and/or perform for the client with the following goods, services and/or other items or materials as a work made for hire (collectively, the "Services").
• Test Execution: Test planning, execution and storage setup for multiple scenarios (RS2, RS3 and beyond releases of Windows Server, Dedup, MAS):
• test configurations, including VM Setups, workload execution for SharePoint, IW workload, and DPM Tenet backup Dedup scenario
• Support for reliability/stress runs at scale for MAS scenario
• Support on functional and stress runs for Dedup, Data Management and Work-folders
• Support on performance, longhaul and scalability runs which require specialized hardware configurations for Dedup
• Coordinate hardware failures and replacements within the team • Dedup Selfhost Support
• Performance, scale, longhaul and workload validations for azure storage (Azure files)
• WorkFolders and Sync test planning and execution support on multiple scenarios and environments:
• Testing and Work Folders, Lab and Test Execution and support,
• Local Lab Test Runs for Work Folders,
• Work Folders Stress test execution,
• Supporting high touch devices environments,
• Managing and maintaining high touch local Lab for Devices, environment setup, test execution,
• Reimaging and reconfiguring the setup to be used with different device type variations
All Services shall be treated as client Confidential Information unless otherwise designated by Client.
Responsible for Iterative design & code generation, test case development and quality assurance testing. The position performs analytical process steps and provides feedback to ensure continuous process improvement. Typical steps include collecting/analyzing quality data and investigating nonconformance to determine permanent resolution. Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits. Identify, analyze, and resolve non-conformance. Investigates problems on worked, purchased, finished, rough, and interplant material. Coordinates long-term investigation programs as required. Provide technical expertise in the analysis, development and implementation of new and revised systems and instructional methods
Required Skills:1 Hardware - If they have any experience working in a hardware lab.
2 Debugging - run some tests (stress, reliability) Tools they use (indbg, kd, ntsd)
3 Storage - Stress and Reliability validation Scripting - Powershell, javascript, batch scripting
