Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Contact agency-provided leads by phone, text, email, and referrals
  • Conduct insurance policy reviews and identify customer needs
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Meet monthly sales and activity goals
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

Requirements
  • Sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive and goal-oriented
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated with the desire to earn an above-average income
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
  • Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
