Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead sources
  • Conduct insurance reviews and identify client needs
  • Develop and present customized insurance solutions
  • Build relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Create partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, and local business owners
  • Maintain strong client retention through exceptional service
  • Meet and exceed sales and production goals
  • Continuously develop industry and product knowledge

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty License preferred (licensing assistance available)
  • Minimum one year of sales experience preferred
