Production Hourly - Grand Island, NE (Souderton, PA Employees Encouraged to Apply who are willing to relocate)     Description  

This position is open to all applicants interested in joining our production team in Grand Island, NE. Current Souderton, PA employees affected by the plant closure are strongly encouraged to apply. 

All other interested candidates are encouraged to apply on our general production hourly posting to be considered.   

PRODUCTION HOURLY in Grand Island, NE, United States 

Responsibilities  
  • Cut, trim, and fabricate wholesale beef products in a fastpaced production line environment 
  • Follow all safety, quality, and foodhandling procedures 
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production goals and maintain product consistency 
Functional Requirements  
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull product repetitively in both hot and cold assemblyline environments 
  • Ability to safely work with sharp instruments and cutting tools 
  • Must maintain good personal hygiene and follow all plant sanitation guidelines 
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding, highvolume production setting

  • Fabrication (Critical Crewing preferred) 
  • Slaughter (Critical Crewing preferred)
