The Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for growing A-Sha Foods USA's online business across digital commerce channels. This role combines digital sales, ecommerce, and marketing to drive online revenue, grow customer engagement, and expand our digital presence. The primary focus will be managing and growing online platforms such as Instacart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc and email marketing while partnering with external agencies that manage our marketplace advertising across Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other online retailers. This role will monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to support product launches, promotions, and online sales initiatives.

Job Summary

The Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for growing A-Sha Foods USA's online business across digital commerce channels. This role combines digital sales, ecommerce, and marketing to drive online revenue, grow customer engagement, and expand our digital presence.

The primary focus will be managing and growing online platforms such as Instacart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc and email marketing while partnering with external agencies that manage our marketplace advertising across Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other online retailers. This role will monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to support product launches, promotions, and online sales initiatives.

Digital Commerce Own and grow online sales across Instacart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other digital commerce platforms. Manage product launches, promotions, merchandising, pricing, and digital storefront content. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue. Stay current on ecommerce trends and identify new opportunities to grow A-Sha's digital business.

Email Marketing & Shopify Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to grow subscribers, increase customer engagement, and drive repeat purchases. Manage promotional calendars and email campaigns aligned with product launches and seasonal initiatives. Monitor email performance including open rates, click through rates, conversions, and revenue. Agency & Marketplace Management Partner with external agency teams managing marketplace advertising across Amazon, Target, Walmart, and other retail media platforms.

Review campaign performance and provide strategic input on optimization, budget allocation, and growth opportunities. Coordinate with agency partners to support new product launches and promotional campaigns. Analytics & Growth Analyze key performance metrics including online sales, ROAS, conversion rate, traffic, customer acquisition, and subscriber growth. Prepare regular reports and recommendations to support business decisions.

Maintain accurate documentation related to digital sales and marketing performance. Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Operations, and Finance teams to support company initiatives. Coordinate digital merchandising and promotional activities across all online channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, online sales, or digital marketing Experience managing Shopify, Instacart, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart.com or similar ecommerce platforms Experience with email marketing platforms such as Omnisend or Klaviyo Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Preferred CPG or food industry experience Experience working with external marketing or advertising agencies Experience with retail media and marketplace platforms Familiarity with Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools What We're Looking For Self motivated with a strong desire to grow A-Sha's online business Curious and eager to learn new platforms and digital trends Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment A collaborative team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed Comfortable adapting as business priorities evolve while keeping digital sales growth as the primary focus.
