We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic, energetic, and eager Janitor to join our growing team in Romulus!
About DO & CO:

With the three business segments of Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels, we offer gourmet entertainment all over the world. We operate in 32 locations, 12 countries and 3 Continents, maintaining the highest standard of quality in both our products and services. We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our own expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed.
  • Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot.
  • Complete non-routine cleaning as directed.
  • Remove garbage and recycling daily.
  • Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
  • Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped.
  • Troubleshoot issues as necessary.
  • Adhere to food safety compliance, HACCP regulations, and FDA regulations.
  • Responsible for adherence to Personnel Practices (GMP's) and Processing Practices within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:
  • Proactive and self-organized.
  • Ability to manage through a substantial workload.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexibility (different shifts -days, nights, weekends, holidays).
