Descripcion del empleo

En Restaurante Tendiez, buscamos un/a Cocinero/a apasionado/a por la gastronomia y el detalle, con mentalidad de equipo y orientacion a la excelencia. Reportando al Chef de Partie y al Sous Chef, tu mision sera garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la partida asignada, asegurando la maxima calidad, consistencia y presentacion en cada servicio, a la altura de nuestros clientes mas exigentes.

MISION DEL PUESTO:

  • Ofrecer de forma constante un servicio profesional, calido y proactivo, colaborando con el equipo para asegurar un servicio fluido.
  • Participar en la preparacion, elaboracion y pase de platos para carta y/o buffet, siguiendo recetas, fichas tecnicas y estandares del hotel.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC), aplicandolas de forma practica en el dia a dia.
  • Mantener en perfecto estado de limpieza y orden las areas de trabajo, utensilios y equipos, respetando los protocolos establecidos.
  • Revisar y controlar el material y la dotacion de la cocina, comunicando incidencias, necesidades o averias al jefe/a de partida o Sous Chef.
  • Informar sobre exceso/falta de genero para el servicio diario y asegurar la correcta conservacion, rotacion y aprovechamiento de los productos.
  • Elaborar platos conforme a los estandares de calidad, sabor y emplatado, minimizando desperdicios y optimizando recursos.
  • Conocer en profundidad el menu, los platos del dia y las promociones para garantizar consistencia y coordinacion con el servicio.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia minima de 2 anos en puesto similar. Se valorara experiencia en hoteles de similar categoria o restaurantes gastronomicos.
  • Formacion en cocina (Diploma/Certificacion culinaria) valorable.
  • Buenas habilidades interpersonales, de comunicacion y resolucion de problemas.
  • Persona responsable, organizada y confiable.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presion en un entorno dinamico y orientado a la excelencia.
  • Espiritu de equipo y capacidad de colaboracion entre partidas.
  • Orientacion al cliente: enfoque en calidad y servicio, manteniendo siempre la calma y una actitud profesional.
  • Idiomas: espanol imprescindible; ingles valorable.
