The Fort William Henry Hotel is looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking Hotel Porter to join our Housekeeping team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests by caring for the hotel's public spaces and responding to guest requests.The Hotel Porter's duties may include but not limited to:Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, conference center, and offices.Clean and stock public restrooms.Vacuum carpets, mop floors, empty trash, and replenish restroom and trash supplies.Keep the pool area clean, organized, and stocked with fresh towels.Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or light room service needs, such as extra towels or room touch-ups.Provide friendly, courteous service and answer guest questions or direct them to the appropriate department.Report maintenance issues and unusual room conditions to Housekeeping Management.Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.Starting wage is $17-$17.50 per hour depending on experience.
