Are you passionate and energetic about delivering exceptional experiences to guests in the premier luxury hotel in downtown Milwaukee? If so, The Pfister is looking for an individual to be a part of our Cafe team and continue its iconic legacy.

Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for over 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years.

What you will be doing

  • Maintain stock of glassware, silverware, and plates.

  • Stock all service areas.

  • Clear and set tables.

  • Polish silverware and arrange in napkins, storing appropriately and at adequate supply.

  • Ensure all surfaces are maintained throughout shift.

Position Requirements

  • Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

  • Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend guest requests.

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout a crowded room.

  • Must adhere to the Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations, with thw option to obtain union membership after 90 days of employment.
