What you'll bring to the teamJoin the Team Behind the Fun at LEGOLAND Resort

At LEGOLAND Resort, every awesome guest experience starts behind the scenes - and our Waste & Recycling Operations Team plays a huge role in keeping the Resort clean, safe, and running smoothly.

We're looking for energetic, dependable team members who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and helping create a cleaner, more sustainable Resort for guests, Model Citizens, and the environment.

If you take pride in hard work, enjoy hands-on tasks, and want to be part of a team that makes a real impact every day, we'd love to meet you!

The ideal candidate is flexible and comfortable working a variety of shifts based on business needs. Typical schedules include opening shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and closing shifts that are generally 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Weekend availability is required as part of supporting Resort operations.

Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance.

What You'll Build With Us

As part of our Waste & Recycling Operations team, you'll:

  • Help keep the Resort clean, organized, and guest-ready
  • Collect, sort, transport, and process waste and recyclable materials across the property
  • Support LEGOLAND Resort sustainability and recycling initiatives
  • Safely operate service route vehicles and waste management equipment
  • Maintain waste and recycling areas to the highest cleanliness and safety standards
  • Work alongside Resort teams to deliver world-class guest experiences
  • Help support a cleaner, greener future through responsible waste practices

Physical Requirements

This role keeps you moving throughout the day and includes:

  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Lifting and transporting materials up to 75 pounds
  • Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Operating pallet jacks, pressure washers, compactors, and cardboard balers (training provided)
Qualifications & ExperienceQualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid Florida Driver License with a safe driving record required
  • Comfortable operating an F-150 truck with trailer attachment (CDL not required)
  • Theme park, hospitality, custodial, warehouse, or related experience is a plus
