Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. In this role, you will develop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and manage key accounts to maximize revenue. Your leadership will inspire our sales team and elevate our hotel's presence in the competitive market.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies through proactive outside sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing customers.
  • Manage B2B sales initiatives by identifying target markets, conducting outreach, and closing deals that align with hotel objectives.
  • Utilize technology sales tools such as Delphi to track leads, monitor sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee business development activities by analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
