We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support our sales team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and coordinating the behind-the-scenes details that help create a seamless client experience.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team in managing daily operations and client communications.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain and update customer records, booking information, and sales files in internal systems.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective and existing clients in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist with coordinating site visits, meetings, and group bookings as needed.
